Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain BY FAITH products may be available for pre-order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not available for immediate shipment and agree to the estimated production and shipping timeline displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-order cancellations: Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before production or fulfillment has begun. If the cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once production or fulfillment of the order has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a pre-order has already shipped, any eligible return will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If BY FAITH is unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be notified and an appropriate refund will be provided.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
