Welcome to BY FAITH. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from BY FAITH. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BY FAITH.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may use our website and purchase our products only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use our website, products, services, content, or intellectual property for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, measurements, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, garment washing, manufacturing processes, and other factors.

Certain BY FAITH garments may feature vintage washes, printing, embroidery, or other production techniques that can result in minor variations between individual pieces. These variations are not necessarily defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and available sizing information before purchasing.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Certain BY FAITH products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not ready for immediate shipment.

When placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the product is not available for immediate shipment;
• production and fulfillment require additional time;
• the estimated production and shipping timeline is provided on the relevant product page;
• estimated dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, our estimated shipping timeframe for pre-order products is approximately 4–6 weeks after the pre-order period closes.

Production or shipping may occasionally be delayed due to manufacturing, quality control, supply-chain issues, carrier disruptions, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a material delay occurs, we will provide information or remedies where required by applicable law.

4. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before production or fulfillment has begun.

Once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After an order has shipped, eligible returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

These provisions do not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or inventory errors, inability to fulfill the order, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no other lawful arrangement applies, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be calculated or disclosed during checkout where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Once an order ships, tracking information may be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact BY FAITH promptly using the contact information provided on our website.

We may request reasonable information, including photographs and your order number, to investigate and resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or nonconforming goods remain unaffected.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the BY FAITH name, original branding, logos, website content, original graphics, product photographs, product designs, written content, and other original materials owned by BY FAITH are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of BY FAITH intellectual property.

Third-party names, marks, artwork, or materials, if any, remain the property of their respective owners.
